Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and implement IT systems with a focus on healthcare applications, including Cerner, Epic, and other medical software and medical devices. Create, manage and support virtual machines and VMWare and Horizon environments. Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP services. Ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades. Database systems management and administration. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripting.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role. Strong knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft systems and products including Exchange, server clustering and HA configurations, Office 365 environments and Azure. Proficiency in managing virtual machines and VMWare and Horizon environments. Expertise in Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP. Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
