Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer IV to support mission-critical operations. This role requires expertise in operational requirements analysis, systems engineering, and intelligence collection operations planning. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end systems throughout their lifecycle while ensuring compliance with client and government standards. Key Responsibilities: Define, review, and clarify operational requirements with stakeholders. Analyze targets and identify technologies and systems to meet mission needs. Develop and update concepts of operations (CONOPS). Provide operational input for new systems and capabilities development. Conduct trade studies, performance evaluations, and provide system upgrade recommendations. Develop and refine operational procedures, including mission contingencies and troubleshooting. Perform requirements development, verification, and traceability. Support system deployment, pre-deployment checkouts, and post-deployment monitoring. Ensure integration of system elements for overall functionality and compliance. Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for diverse audiences. Coordinate with stakeholders to test, deliver, and validate system capabilities. Act as a liaison with clients to shape and communicate requirements. Qualifications Education: BS (8–10 years), MS (6–8 years), or PhD (4–6 years) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly required. Experience: Minimum 5 years in mission engineering and integration for government clients. Proficiency in systems engineering methodologies, feasibility studies, and operational planning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks concurrently. Exceptional communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and critical thinking to execute mission objectives. Desired Skills: Master’s degree in a technical field.
