Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to generate functional requirements based on customer specifications, maintain system and product requirements, and collaborate with hardware and software engineers. The candidate will work in a hybrid environment, participate in customer meetings, and prepare and review design documentation and testing procedures.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate functional requirements based on customer specifications.Enter and maintain system and product requirements in the IBM DOORS database.Prepare and review design documentation.Participate in occasional customer meetings.Prepare and review testing procedures.Work with the project’s hardware and software engineers to align functional requirements with implementation.Essential SkillsExperience with requirements writing.Proficiency in IBM DOORS database.Strong understanding of systems engineering principles.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.5+ years of experience with requirements writing.Work Environment
Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office). Cubicle work environment with free parking. The team culture is highly valued and collaborative.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00
