ResponsibilitiesMillennium Corporation is hiring a Systems Engineer to work in Stafford, VA in a Hybrid capacity. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
Qualified candidate shall assist the Senior Leadership in the analysis of key documents provided by the vehicle contractor, make critical recommendations of the facts gathered, and prepare white papers with a summary of their findings.
Candidate shall provide Systems Engineering (SE) support in conducting, planning and reporting technical analyses of engineering changes for PM AAA and shall review and develop engineering changes.
Additional responsibilities include:
Review, analyze, develop, and comment on engineering documentation (e.g., Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Test Plans/Reports, Engineering Analyses); Review, assess, and develop updates to SE processes (e.g., Configuration Management, ECPs, and technical reviews), and ensure they are either consistent with or incorporated into the PM AAA processes. Qualifications Candidate must have an active secret clearance.Experience in providing systems engineering support to a defense acquisition program.Experience in reviewing and developed engineering design changes, planned and conducted technical analyses, and reported findings.Developed, reviewed, and provided comment to various engineering documents (Specifications, ICDs, ECPs, Test Plans and Reports, Engineering Analyses, etc.).Experience in reviewing and updated systems engineering processes (CM, technical reviews, etc.).

Business DevelopmentAssist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
