Systems Engineer
Description Contract to support Microsoft 365 and endpoint management initiatives. Responsibilities • Collaborate with internal IT teams to develop and implement efficient solutions. • Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Office 365. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise. • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies to ensure the best possible service. • Manage and secure endpoints using Intune. • Utilize cloud technologies and AWS technologies for optimal system functionality. • Employ automation techniques where possible to improve efficiency. • Handle Meraki-related tasks as part of the role. • Use Active Directory to manage user data and system configurations. • Ensure accurate record keeping and administration of customer credit applications. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in the local government sector. • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is a necessary skill for this role. • The candidate should have hands-on experience with Active Directory. • Automation skills are highly desirable for the prospective Systems Engineer. • It is essential for the candidate to be well-versed in AWS Technologies. • Knowledge and experience with Intune will be beneficial for this position. • The candidate should have experience working with SharePoint. • Proficiency in Office 365 is a must for this role. • Experience with Meraki will be a plus. • The candidate should have experience working with Exchange.
