The Project Management team supports the 480 ISRW Technical Director/A6, regarding configuration capture, documentation and technical integration of IT technologies, including cloud computing solutions for the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission of the Airforce at Langley AFB, VA. **Task: IT Project Management Services** **Subtasks** : + Provide senior-level IT project management and technical integration for DCGS and Command, Control, Computer and Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) integration activities. + Advisethe480ISRWTechnicalDirector,providingsupportandguidanceforall issues impacting current and planned integration activities. + Support engineering efforts to resolve problems, transform customer requirements into technical solutions, generate and/or brief information for decision makers, and provide information for follow-on processes. + Developprojectmanagementdocumentation(i.e.,whitepapers,reports/studies, briefings, test plans). + Participatein,andprovideoversightfor,testandoperationaldevelopmentand migration for on-site installations. + Providetechnicalanalysisandsupportforallproposedandvalidatedsystem requirements for DCGS in support of operational requirements. + AssessthefeasibilityofintegratingISRsystemsintoDCGS,whileminimizingthe impacttoongoingcurrentoperations. + Identify,recommend,validate,andtrackprogressoffunctionalrequirementsand events for prototype demonstration, test, and integration of new DCGS and C4ISR capabilities. + Monitor and support the operational verification of performance criteria IAW documented user requirements and national/commercial community standards. + Coordinatewithstakeholderstogeneratetechnicalsolutionstofacilitatemulti- intelligence data integration into DCGS. + LeadthedevelopmentandintegrationofnewDCGSsystems,toincludeoperational evaluations of new systems and modifications to existing systems, to achieve optimum interoperability among the various DCGS segments. + CoordinatewiththeConfigurationControlManagertoensuretheinput,status,and updates of projects are transitioned under configuration management control. + Plan, host, and participate in meetings and conferences (i.e., scrums, technical exchangemeetings(TEMs),IntegratedProductTeams(IPTs),Engineeringstudies,etc.). + Evaluatenewinitiativesalongwiththeassociatedcostsinsupportofeachinitiative. **KSAs:** + TS/SCI Clearance + Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with 5 years of DCGS or ISR architectural experience. + Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT management/related technical field or Project Management Professional (PMP). + Ability to lead cross-functional project teams. + Ability to communicate with decision makers. + Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ITIL. + 10 – 15% Travel Required + Location:- On Customer Site + US Citizenship Required **GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:** + 401K with company match + Comprehensive health and wellness packages + Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career + Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications + Cutting-edge technology you can learn from + Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays The likely salary range for this position is $114,750 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
