ManTech is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Systems Engineer to support the Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Intelligence and Cyber Operations Contract out of Stafford, VA. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Design and implement IT systems to meet business needs. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. + Provide technical support for system maintenance and upgrades. + Develop and maintain system documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals. + Collaborate with development teams to integrate new technologies and tools. + Ensure data integrity, system security, and disaster recovery procedures are in place. + Automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency. + Perform regular system backups and software updates. + Participate in system audits and compliance checks. + Assist with user training and support. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, security) to define requirements and deliver solutions **Minimum Qualifications:** + At least 7 years of related experience in systems engineering to include the following: + Manage software packaging to include Microsoft and other platforms (Mozilla, Oracle, Apache, etc....) + Working knowledge of SERVICENOW for managing incidents, service requests, and change requests. + Detailed knowledge of the Windows Operating systems to include Server and Workstation + PowerShell scripting using any/all of the respective plugins related to the applicable technologies. + Working knowledge of DoD STIGs related to the applicable technologies and how to implement, mitigate, and write POAM statements. + Respond to, incidents, change requests, and service requests making sure to follow up with the customer to ensure completion. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + USMC experience preferred + Knowledge of standard DoD and Marine Corps concepts, practices, and procedures.
