Description We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for managing client relationships and addressing their IT needs. The role includes providing technical expertise, evaluating and recommending new technologies, and ensuring optimal network performance. Responsibilities: • Managing relationships with clients and end-users, providing technical expertise in networking, mobility, virtualization, security, and cloud-based solutions. • Regularly evaluating and recommending new technologies to update existing infrastructure. • Ensuring the networking, compute, and storage infrastructure meets current and future requirements based on needs and regulations. • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of hybrid and cloud architectures, including proven best practices that enable high operational resiliency. • Providing detailed documentation and demonstrating excellent follow-up skills. • Applying knowledge of Microsoft 365, EMS, Azure, Active Directory, Teams, Security Administration, and DNS. • Demonstrating strong interpersonal and client management skills. • Being proficient in all aspects of Microsoft back office/cloud platforms. • Having hands-on networking, firewalls, routing, and switching experience. • Gaining experience with on-prem and cloud virtualization technologies. Requirements • Possession of at least 2 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar. • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, with a demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot cloud-based systems. • Experience with DELL EMC Technologies, including system installation, configuration, and maintenance. • Proficient in Active Directory, with an understanding of user and group management, security principles, and network access. • Familiarity with Automation principles and technologies, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual tasks. • Experience with Backup Technologies, including setup, monitoring, and recovery procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including setup, management, and troubleshooting. • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suites, with a focus on optimizing usage for business needs. • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, including system setup, user management, and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including understanding and managing integrated systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, with a focus on system setup, management, and troubleshooting. • Solid understanding of Networking principles, including setup, management, and troubleshooting of network systems. • Hands on experience with firewalls, routing and switching.
