Job Description
We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer to support the ongoing development of a new Radar system. Working closely with RF, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineers, the Systems Engineer will guide the continued development of the Radar System from design updates through integration and test events. You will provide system-level trade-space assessments of approaches, working with the Project Engineer to determine benefit trade-offs. You will have the opportunity to guide the development and selection of key technologies for the Navy and work with complex software algorithms and cutting-edge digital signal processing hardware. Additionally, you will contribute to key strategic approaches for future proposals, IR&D, and additional development activities. The Systems Engineering function provides expertise throughout the bid and full development lifecycle, ensuring that both project and statutory requirements are met and improving the effectiveness of the systems design function within the company.

This position requires on-site work with a 9/80 schedule, allowing every other Friday off. The role involves 25% travel to other sites (Boston, Wake Forest, Indiana) and some Navy bases.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $72.00/hr.
