Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with extensive experience in VMware and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting our virtualized infrastructure and cloud services to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and maintain VMware environments, including ESXi, vCenter, and related tools. + Administer Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including virtual machines, networks, storage, and security. + Provide support for systems deployment, configuration, and upgrades in both on-premises and cloud environments. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems, networks, and cloud platforms. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for infrastructure scaling and automation. + Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and cost optimization. + Implement and enforce security best practices for both VMware and Azure platforms. + Participate in on-call support rotations and provide 2nd and 3rd level support as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience with VMware technologies (ESXi, vCenter, etc.) and Azure Cloud. Strong understanding of networking, security, and storage concepts. Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
