Job Description 5+ years supporting the IT services. Integration engineering, Windows application support primarily in ITE and DTE but also in the TSA Production. F5 engineering in DTE, ITE and Production to include iRules, VIPs, IP provisioning, Certificate renewals, troubleshooting, packet captures. Certificate support and training including CA deployments in DTE, ITE, and Prod. Developer support, account management, SQL and SharePoint support, web updates, morning meeting host, report and research POAMs, KEVs, and ISVMs. Troubleshooting bridge calls, after-hours support, weekend support.
