Systems Engineer
**MBSE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITY SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEXT-GEN RADAR SYSTEMS FOR A TOP AEROSPACE & DEFENSE COMPANY!!!** JOB DESCRIPTION: + Maintain and track requirements from the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and their linkage to the SSS + Maintain and develop the cameo model for all of the latest interface and CSCI/CSC information in the following formats + Block Definition Diagrams (BDDs), Internal Block Diagrams (IBDs) and Item Flow interface interactions, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, State Diagrams + Work with SW engineers to understand the functionality for each of the computer software configurations / microservices within the Computer Science + Occasionally work with subcontractors to integrate 3rd party SW JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field such as Electrical, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering + 2-6 years of Systems Engineering experience + Demonstrated application of Systems design + Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills + MBSE MagicDraw/CAMEO skills + IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next + Experience with open government standards (MORA / VICTORY / VITA 49 / VITA 46.11) + Experience in the RF (Radio Frequency), DSP (Digital Signal Processing), SDR (Software Defined Radio), and CEW (Cyber Electronic Warfare) domains + Understanding of inter-process communications/protocols (i.e., proto, gRPC, AMQ) + Active Secret Clearance Preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
