HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● **Development of visual work products** : Creating high-quality visuals that communicate key insights, project statuses, and team performance. ● **PowerPoint presentation creation** : Assisting in the creation of polished presentations that effectively communicate complex data and information to internal stakeholders and leadership. ● **Data visualization** : Translating data into visually compelling charts and graphs that help teams and managers track progress and make data-driven decisions. ● **Support with tracking open work** : Enhancing tracking systems and presenting reports visually, allowing management to stay on top of open tasks and monthly deliverables more efficiently. ● **Increased efficiency** : Help streamline the production of work products and presentations, allowing managers and team leads to focus more on core leadership and operational tasks. ● **Improved communication** : High-quality visuals will improve the clarity and impact of internal and external communications, supporting better decision-making and fostering collaboration across teams. ● **Support for monthly deliverables** : By developing visual assets for reports and presentations, the engineer will help ensure that the team consistently meets its monthly deliverables on time and at a high standard. ● **Better tracking and reporting** : Enhanced tracking of open work and deliverables will allow for improved oversight and a clearer understanding of the team's workload, helping leadership prioritize and allocate resources more effectively. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
