The Systems Engineer will support the Space Force contract in Vandenberg, CA.\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\u2022Provide detailed architecture expertise ensuring compatibility with ground systems.
\u2022Perform on-site reviews of components, logs, serial numbers, and report results.
\u2022Critique and recommend changes to manuals, test procedures and test reports in accordance with tailored requirements.
\u2022Attend technical interchange meetings, design reviews and review test data.
\u2022Witness testing at the vender\/lab facilities.
\u2022Provide technical assistance to Range Users on test requirements and methodologies.
\u2022Other duties as assigned.\n

\u2022This position requires US Citizenship due to the sensitivity of customer related information.
\u2022This position requires a Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
\u2022Must have a bachelor's degree in a technical, computer science, engineering, or other STEM-related field.
\u2022Must have 1+ years of recent and related work experience in engineering, data analysis, or related technical discipline.
\u2022Experience using computer systems, software or tools for data analysis and manipulating data in different coordinate systems.
\u2022Experience with Range Safety Systems (RSS) preferred.
\u2022Must be able to operate under a timeline driven process environment and be able to solve problems.
\u2022Ability to travel approximately six times a year throughout the Continental U.S., sometimes with limited notice\n

WORK LOCATION:
\u2022This position is located onsite.
\u2022This position may require some travel.\n

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS REQUIRED:

\u2022May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
\u2022Regular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is critical.
\u2022Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.\n

SALARY RANGE:
$100,000 to $113,000, salary will depend on education and experience.\n
