· Multi-Cloud Operations: Work customer teams to manage Identity, Policy, and Monitoring systems across a multi cloud organization including AWS, GCP, Azure & OCP.

· Automation Excellence: Support and maintain Azure Automation accounts. Including writing, maintaining, and updating automated tools written in PowerShell and Python.

· Innovate and Support: Manage Microsoft hybrid identity platform including on AD and Entra ID

· Collaborative Integration: Work with application analysts and vendors to build and maintain SAML and OAuth2 integrations.

· CI/CD Management: Oversee access and policy in GitHub enterprise as well as managing infrastructure repositories and CI/CD tools.

· Security Partnership: Collaborate with the Information Security team.

· Infrastructure as Code (IAC): Implement and manage Cloud infrastructure using IAC tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
