Systems Engineer - Level 1 - Server Storage
**Requisition Number:** 179208 **Job Description** Cintas is currently looking for a Systems Engineer Level 1 for the Server Storage team within IT. The Systems Engineer is responsible for: troubleshooting complex issues/problems requiring broad product/infrastructure knowledge and significant technical abilities; escalating problems appropriately; monitoring SLAs to ensure requirements are met or exceeded; monitoring production, outputs and services to ensure SLAs, as well as other quality and capacity metrics, are being met; ensuring production readiness and transition acceptance criteria are completed before new system implementation; and planning and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines, while planning and tracking status on several projects at once and adjusting to constant business change. **Skills/Qualifications** Required: + High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred + Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology + Minimum 1 year of administration of Windows Server, overseeing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers (including Web and File servers) + Minimum 1 year of Active Directory administration with working knowledge of Active Directory domain controllers, Trusts, Group Policy, and DNS + Working knowledge of virtualization (VMWare, preferred) + Working knowledge of Storage administration Preferred: + Working knowledge of MS SQL Server + Working knowledge of SCCM Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, featuring employee health care premiums that are 30% lower than the national average for our industry.
