You will be a Systems Engineer - Level 2.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role as a Systems Engineer - Level 2, you will perform reliability analysis and field data analytics for assigned system(s). You will participate in the development of reliability specifications, statements of work, failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), reliability predictions and failure analysis, root cause and corrective action. You will assist in the evaluation of advanced/conceptual designs for reliability characteristics and recommend alternatives for design efficiencies. You will perform data analytics to trend aircraft field data and supplier repair data, calculate and track aircraft performance metrics, create innovative data visualizations, and recommend improvements to team processes and procedures.
Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience with reliability/maintainability fundamentals, systems engineering principles, and basic understanding of root cause analysis. Holds a Bachelors degree in a related STEM field, OR equivalent experience with combined education. Holds at least 1 year of professional experience. (combine 1 and 2 into 1 bullet point)
• Previous experience with manipulation/analysis of data in spreadsheets (MS Excel Formulas, Pivot Tables, and/or VBA), OR experience in using databases and/or visualizations (MS Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/Oracle). (combine 3 and 4 into 1 bullet point)
• Previous experience with presentation development and delivery to informal and/or formal audiences (keep)
Desired Skills:
-Strong math background, with emphasis on data analysis.
-Ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and quick delivery.
-Experience using Python.
-Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).
-Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills advantageous.
-Understanding of performance metric measures and readiness reporting techniques.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
