In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the migration, management, and optimization of our Microsoft 365/Azure environment. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring seamless integration and delivering top-tier support to our internal users. Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions: Showcase your proficiency in Windows Systems Engineering, emphasizing a strategic approach * Demonstrate expertise in the E5 enterprise version of O365: Leverage your in-depth knowledge to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our O365 environment * Enhance/Configure/Develop advanced features of Microsoft Teams, Teams-Phone integration, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. * Lead migration projects: Oversee the seamless transition of systems, minimizing disruption to ongoing business operations * Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Understand business requirements and customize Microsoft 365/Azure solutions to meet specific organizational needs * Provide technical support: Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction * Stay updated with industry trends: Remain informed about the latest developments and updates in the Microsoft 365 landscape * Execute project management tasks: Take charge of project-related responsibilities to drive successful Microsoft 365 initiatives
