Expected Duration: 6+ months CTH

Job Type: Contract - Onsite

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

A diversified company is looking for a Business Systems Engineer / Project Coordinator for its IT Global

Infrastructure, Service Delivery Team

This position is the representative of the corporate IT Infrastructure team based out of Minnesota

This is business critical and expected to be converted to full-time.

The ideal candidates will excel in working day-to-day with minimal supervision, but with a strong team of peers and consistent management & guidance. We are looking for a problem-solving, critical thinker who is customer-focused and excited and ready to take on this important responsibility for IT and our processing plant leaders.

Responsible for management of IT Infrastructure at processing plants, including day-to-day oversight, issue resolution and project coordination for small to medium sized work efforts, enhancements and implementation of new technologies.

Work on a team of systems analysts and engineers and partner with a full complement of IT teams, including Network, Voice, Servers, Surveillance and Security/Threat Prevention. Support OT systems alongside dedicated OT applications teams. Primary point-of-contact for plant leadership to enterprise IT.

What Experience is Required?

High School Diploma (or equivalency) Some IT experience as a business systems analyst, infrastructure analyst or related position, or a

combination to include:

Use Azure DevOps to manage assigned work efforts. Keep DevOps records maintained and current in accordance with Service Delivery team guidelines and best practices

o Experience with infrastructure centric projects dealing with desktop, server,

o LAN/WAN and firewall technologies o Experience with firewall, router/switch integration and implementation working with ISPs, vendors, and remote

o Experience in business systems analysis, gathering business and system requirements, writing use cases and test cases, and developing specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts

o Demonstrated comfort and knowledge of project coordination concepts, including drafting charters, establishing and managing to timelines and milestones, conducting stakeholder analysis, and drafting status reports

o Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams

o Experience working as a member of a cross-function team

o Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills

o 2+ years direct or indirect leadership experience on small to medium size enterprise initiatives.
