Join Lockheed Martin’s F-16 Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) Team. As a Configuration Management team member, you will be a key player in leading CM practices and driving the successful delivery of critical contract milestones in support of our mission.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Systems Engineer with our F-16 Configuration Management team you will:
• Implement and maintain Change Management Practices, Supplier Configuration Management Processes, and ensure Technical Baseline Management.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, engaging effectively with senior leadership and program stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and execute tasks within strict timelines to meet critical deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Experience working with F-16 Teams, Production, or Suppliers.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with F-16 Teams and Suppliers.
• Experience in Configuration Management Principles and Practices.
• Strong written and oral skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
