Systems Engineer

Job DescriptionContributes to completion of milestones associated with specific engineering projectsDevelops solutions to a variety of engineering problems of moderate scope and complexityPerform systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the endOversees moderately complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management toolsPerforms systems modeling, simulation, and analysisPerforms continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategiesPrepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projectsMaintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology

Education and Experience

Active TS/SCI and CI polygraphMust possess the required DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification(Security+CE preferred)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 2+ years of experienceEngineer/support mobility solutions used by various business areasDevelop test plans and support documentation to enable quality deployment of business mobility solutionsProvide 3rd level technical support for business mobility solutions (iPhone, tablet)Gather requirements for business mobility solutions or technologies to facilitate deployment of new and/or improve maintenance of existing solutions
