Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineering Analyst to join our Platforms team. This team is responsible for designing, integrating, and qualifying communication system installations across various platforms, including vehicles, static, and military platforms. The Platforms team consists of system designers and experts in system integration and qualification verification.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop test cases or use cases based on operational concepts and stakeholder input.Contribute to the development of quality requirements for product or subsystem specifications.Perform system designs for various land platforms based on requirements.Participate in and contribute to cross-disciplinary Integrated Product Teams.Conduct technical analysis and create documentation for trade studies, technical papers, and interface control or design documents.Lead technical peer reviews by applying engineering knowledge and problem-solving techniques.Initiate integration activities with System Integration and Development teams to enable comprehensive solutions.Solve problems by analyzing the issue, examining options, gathering data, and performing analytical assessments.Explain and document technical analysis, assumptions, conclusions, and recommendations.Conduct power budget analysis for Direct Current (DC) and Alternating Current (AC) equipment loads.Create cable running sheets for platform harnesses and participate in reviews of cable designs.Display professional conduct in all meetings, activities, and customer events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of relevant experience.Strong problem-solving skills applicable to daily tasks.Familiarity with commonly used communication system interfaces, including Ethernet, serial, and RF interfaces.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
