We develop sophisticated digital Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and we are looking for motivated and positive minded engineers to join cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams. Key EW program objectives are to improve/enhance air vehicle survivability, through the abilities to detect, deny, deceive, degrade and/or disrupt adversaries Integrated Air Defenses. We are hiring System Engineering Integration and Test Leads (SEIT Leads) to participate in Electronic Systems development programs at any of the locations listed above. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor Degree in related discipline and 8 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience. + Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams + Experience leading a systems engineering program team + Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools + Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment) + Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs + Proven design, analysis and communication skills + Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years) + Understanding of programmatic schedule and cost **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline + Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to Electronic Warfare + Team Leadership experience + Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions + Experience leading teams across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment)Experience with Radio Frequency and/or Electronic Warfaresystems + Active Top Secret Clearance + Experience with creating and tracking technical performance measurements + Familiarity with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Systems Engineering **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $126305 - $214718 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
