We are hiring System Engineering Integration and Test Leads (SEIT Leads) to participate in Electronic Systems development programs at any of the locations listed above. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor Degree in related discipline and 8 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience. + Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams + Experience leading a systems engineering program team + Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools + Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment) + Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs + Proven design, analysis and communication skills + Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years) + Understanding of programmatic schedule and cost **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline + Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to Electronic Warfare + Team Leadership experience + Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions + Experience leading teams across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment)Experience with Radio Frequency and/or Electronic Warfaresystems + Active Top Secret Clearance + Experience with creating and tracking technical performance measurements + Familiarity with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Systems Engineering **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $126305 - $214718 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
