Systems Engineering Manager

Job Description:

This company is the global leader in providing control and power systems to the mining, mill, oil and gas, power generation and utilities, and marine industries. This company is seeking a senior level member that will serve as their Systems Engineering Manager. This individual will be tasked to drive and participate in technical strategy, innovation, product delivery and continuous improvement. Responsibilities are as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

Possess a broad knowledge of controls, power conversion, customer applications/requirements, and coordinate project activitiesDemonstrate strong project management independently or cooperatively, to collect information to form cost estimates, labor estimates, contingency plans and resource allocationStay up to date on current technologies in the industry as well as emerging technologies and trendsDemonstrate excellent skills in problem solving and project managementDevelop and maintain engineering processes and standardsAssist in overall product strategies and product roadmapsPrioritize respective engineering group's project and manage category pipeline

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Power of Software Engineering10+ years of systems/ controls engineering experience5+ years of experience with project management
