In this role, you will lead the development, transformation, and modeling of data to improve decision making. You will ensure that the data extraction and manipulation of data sets results in workflows and predictive models for end-users using system tools (dashboards). You will lead the analysis on data to ensure correct predictive forecasting. You manage the analytics request process by capturing requirements and are responsible for the creation and maintenance of the resulting analytic dashboards. ABC **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** We are actively seeking a leader for our Data Scientists/ Analysts with a minimum of 11 years' experience. Information Technology or Engineering Bachelor's or Master s Degrees are preferred where specific skills may include the following: + Establishes data standards and acts as custodian of IT and service delivery data sets and streams + Knowledge of the complex environment involving shared systems and networks and multiple security enclaves + Splunk familiarization with use of Splunk-based analytic dashboards + Able to lead scrums using a Kanban board to organize and deliver analytics work products **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Expertise with Splunk + Hands on experience with Splunk advanced apps such as ITSI, SOAR, and UBA + Public, private and hybrid Cloud knowledge (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
