ABOUT THE ROLE: 
As a Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate. Your expertise in systems engineering, project management, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology and industry solutions. 
 
In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components. You will ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices. You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends that you will apply to address complex engineering challenges and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operation 

Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States. 

Pay Range:  
The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000/yr - $102,500/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Systems Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or similar field   Must graduate from an accredited college or university between December 2024 and May 2025 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2025 - July 2025    Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start dateDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
