Do you want to work on challenging technical problems and improve products and processes as a team manager and individual contributor? Our team is looking for you, an experienced Intelligence Community Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong collaboration and program management skills to provide guidance and support to government leaders for ground enterprise solutions in the IC and DoD. This program provides SETA (Systems Engineering Technical Advisor) & SE&I (Systems Engineering & Integration) services to an IC customer with a focus on acquisition and operations of a complex mission system and supporting IT infrastructure. The contract support is part of the customer core team focused on all aspects of systems engineering and integration and the systems life cycle including capturing requirements and modeling architecture, working with developers to deliver capability, testing to ensure capabilities meet requirements, transition to operations and operations support. The program also supports innovations/technology development, provides acquisition and project management support to government program managers and IT information assurance security support. The selected candidate will serve as an individual contributor to various systems engineering and acquisition tasks across IC program stakeholders and coordinate with the team’s Technical Lead to provide back-end management support for a team of up to 20 FTE multi-discipline SETAs performing in technical roles on the contract. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assists the customer in the development, refinement, and execution of the program’s engineering processes and implementation of those processes with the appropriate level of rigor to ensure technical integrity of the program’s baseline and products while keeping them streamlined enough to maintain programmatic efficiency. Provides leadership and direction for systems engineering and integration tasks across customer program functional areas/threads and offices, and works with the team’s Technical Lead, Program Manager, SMEs, and other SETA and SE&I professionals to analyze, resource, and solve problems and ensure programmatic and technically feasible outcomes that meet the customer's needs. Ensure successful support to the customer’s agile processes and technical deliverables. Provide end-to-end managerial services to the contract program management team and customer-delivery team, including staffing, retention, performance assessment, mentoring, and communication of corporate and contract updates to both customers and employees on a regular basis. Qualifications Required: Requires BA/BS with 12+ years of experience with at least 3 years of management level SETA responsibility, or MS 10-13 years, PhD 10+ years Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly Experience with Mission Partner and customer overhead and/or ground systems Experience providing full-lifecycle systems engineering, system integration, and/or project management support for complex systems Experience and ability to work collaboratively with mission partners and stakeholders across organizational boundaries Advanced customer teaming skills and ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products Ability to organize, schedule, and accomplish a wide variety of team and individual contributor tasks, and support sensitive contract, team, and mission activities Agile planning, management, and execution experience and familiarity with commercial Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) Desired: Previous customer experience and knowledge of customer enterprise level processes Knowledge of customer GEOINT ground mission systems Systems Engineering education/certification Program Management education/certification Knowledge of systems architecture, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) / Digital Engineering (DE) Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
