Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently recruiting a night Shift Systems Front Line Manager. This role provides the opportunity for an Electrical trade-qualified Manager to oversee a team of both Electricians and Fitters to deliver production line reliability and efficiencies, whilst ensuring the highest levels of safety. This position is full-time permanent on night shift Sunday to Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am. Promote a continuous improvement culture across your teams. Ensure budget controls across maintenance activities are adhered to in line with site Repairs & Maintenance AOP. Work closely with other departments and shifts to ensure the highest level of maintenance effectiveness. Qualifications About you: Trade-qualified in Electrical Engineering (QLD Electrical License). A Certificate 4 in Automation/Instrumentation is advantageous. Proven experience in managing and leading large mechanical and electrical trade teams. Strong interpersonal skills: to work across different departments.
