Systems Installation Technician I

Job Description

Job Summary:  The Systems Installation Technician I is responsible for deploying corporate and store infrastructure and maintains asset information on deployed infrastructure.

Principal Duties:Learn and follow service delivery, installation and operating procedures.Document and publish service delivery installation procedures as appropriate; make recommendations on process improvements.Interface with Engineers, Architects and Call Center Associates as required.Install and deploy all new equipment and perform initial user orientation as required.Provide equipment moves, adds, and changes for the corporate and store technology infrastructure.Capture and maintain equipment asset management database.Escalate installation issues to the appropriate team as required.Provide first level support functions related to corporate and store technologies.Conduct inventory management for all IT related remodel, and project equipment located at the T+ C warehouse.Responsible to create and maintain RMA process for all IT equipment at Corp.Ensure all aspects of project implementation, support and maintenance are performed in a safe manner as outlined by Wawa’s Safety Team.Perform New Store and Remodel QA testing, document and communicate results.

Basic Qualifications:

Associates degree in IT or completion of related certificate program preferredFamiliar with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiar with Microsoft Operating systemValid Driver's LicenseCompTIA A+ Certification or related certifications are nice to have
