AT&T has an opening for a Systems Integration and Testing Analyst to support the customer’s LANSIT functional area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, install, and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.Provides technical expertise in the management of a public and/or private network; tests and analyzes network facilities, including network control software, routers, switches, lines, modems, adapters and serversInstalls, supports and/or maintains LANs and/or WANs; evaluates and recommends networking product and software upgradesPerforms technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operationsMonitors data traffic and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmissionIdentifies, diagnoses and resolves technical problems related to network failure/integrity and usage of PC hardware and softwareSolves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationImpacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policiesHours of coverage: Individual shift may vary, but you will be a member of a team that provides coverage from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Microsoft Certified Professional Program, Cisco Network certification, or any other approved information technology certification.Able to work multiple projects with limited supervision, and ability to diagnose and resolve network issues in a busy environment.Ability to manage, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent projects.Excellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated problem solving skills and ability to provide solutions and work with customer in providing resolution.Must be a self-starter and work with a clear and defined mission.Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base.BA/BS and four (4) years of experience, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 6 years.

Our Systems Integration and Testing's earn between $79,300 - $124,759. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
