**Overview** GovCIO is currently hiring for a Journeyman Systems Integration Engineer to support systems integration. This position will be located in North Charleston, SC and will be a fully onsite position. **Responsibilities** Support integration of equipment and hardware for control systems and electronic equipment. Reviews technical data and drawings to verify systems design and integration + Responsible for installation of cables, system components and hardware in accordance with the approved system design. + Responsible for validating, identifying, documenting, and reporting required configuration changes during the integration process + View technical data related to configuration including technical publications, drawings, logistics data and provide input to engineering team + Manage integration inventory and materials issued to support integration + Support systems testing and onsite integration + Ability to use hand tools to support integration and testing of equipment + Travel to sites to support integration and engineering efforts + Support Quality Assurance Inspections **Qualifications** High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience + Clearance Required: Secret Minimum of 4 years of system integration, testing, technical knowledge/skills for electronics or communication systems. **Company Overview** GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
