Systems Integration Project Manager

Description:  The Systems Integration Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, integrating multiple systems, applications, and technologies to create a cohesive and functional whole. The SI shall support the Sponsor in a breadth of activities to include:

·         Develop regular status reporting for Department-level leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners;

·         Manage and track multiple meetings, capture-minutes, and support documentation reviews;

·         Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements;

·         Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums;

·         Coordinate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing;

·         Comfortable with technology and can grasp technical concepts quickly;

·         Other ad-hoc tasking, as required.

c.             QUALIFICATIONS

 

·         TS/SCI with Polygraph;

·         Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

·         Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously and dynamically pivot priorities based on leadership guidance;

·         Ability to understand and document technical concepts;

·         Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines efficiently;

·         Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to unforeseen issues;

·         Ability to proactively engage and drive technology projects forward independently or as part of a team;

·         Excellent communication {written and verbal) and organizational skills;

·         Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

·         Demonstrated field experience supporting the Sponsor and the mission;

·         Cable writing experience;

·         Prior experience supporting senior level management;

·         Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission.
