**Description:** You will be a Systems Integration and Test Engineer for Lockheed Martin's Missiles & Fire Control division\. Our team is responsible for executing Environmental Qualification testing, ensuring the successful development and deployment of critical systems\. **What You Will Be Doing** As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for executing defined test activities, generating test plans and procedures, and conducting product testing to inform decision\-making\. A final secret clearance is required to start\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math \(STEM\) or equivalent professional experience \- Minimum of 3 years work experience with a Masters OR minimum of 5 years work experience with a Bachelors in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing\. \- Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification experience\. \- Must have an active Secret or Top Secret Clearance **Desired Skills:** Experience defining Test Approaches and Test Equipment requirements Experience performing Environmental and/or EMI testing Experience coordinating and managing test article builds and scheduling Experience coordinating with offsite test ranges to define test requirements and approach along with range scheduling Experience completing trace compliance to Performance Specifications and MIL\-STDs and support the V&V process Experience presenting to program/senior management\. Experience integrating weapons/sensors onto aircraft and other platforms\. Experience with all aspects of Environmental Qualification Testing\.
