Systems Integrator Senior Technical Specialist

Responsibilities The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor’s organization responsible for advancing Internet capabilities, raising awareness, enhancing tradecraft, and developing a risk framework. This includes being a trusted team member for the organization's Chief and supporting all organizational core areas of responsibility. Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following: Act as the main point of contact between the Chief and other team members. Participate in daily meetings with the Chief to coordinate activities to include meetings and travel. Update calendar, as needed. Provide oversight of team activities by monitoring progress to ensure Chief is aware of all task statuses. Provide Chief with relevant discussion topics for future meetings. Plan and coordinate program management process activities and leverage experience to recommend streamlined and efficient business processes. Manage internal business actions, identify internal and external dependencies and apply decision analysis to ensure tasks and actions progress at a rate commensurate with organizational operations tempo. Provide inputs to biweekly PMR charts and updated project-specific schedules, when required. Assist task leads with standing up, coordinating meetings, and documenting the progress of various cross-Agency Working Groups. Assist task leads with developing agendas and coordinating with respective mission SMEs to develop presentations. Research capabilities/services and points of contact for Internet resources and capabilities. Facilitate engagement sessions with partners and/or other forums. Develop standard operating procedures and associated documentation. Qualifications Required Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 8-10 (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline. Self-starter with organizational skills and an ability to think proactively and prioritize workload. Demonstrated on-the-job experience coordinating and working action items to completion. Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills to include giving briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation. Demonstrated ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely to senior leadership. Ability to work in a dynamic, high paced operating environment. Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations on schedule to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Excellent judgement, strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to prepare executive level correspondence. Demonstrated understanding of Directorate's missions, and experience working in more than one Directorate. Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project (or Project equivalent). Experience working a new and/or start up effort. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Motivated individual with an ability to work within a team and independently. At least 8 years of demonstrated experience, and three years of experience with the customer. Desired Qualifications Experience with the Sponsor's IT acquisition, development, and/or accreditation. Exposure to, or experience with, innovative application of technologies. Demonstrated experience working with complex technical information and presenting it effectively to non-technical consumers.
