Responsibilities
Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) has transformed itself into a leader in ambulatory surgical centers, surgical hospitals, and hospital-system partnerships. With Service Excellence as one of our core values, we are transforming the current Information Technology department to better position SCA as the industry leader in surgical care. Our IT team is focused on providing our partnerships and management teams with timely , quality technology support that is reliable and helpful.
We are seeking a Salesforce Development Team Lead t o lead a team of Salesforce Admins and Developers . This person will be reviewing, implementing, and designing solutions in Salesforce that align with Salesforce best practices. They will be working to deliver system enhancements within an Agile methodology . This position will be primarily responsible for organizing and delivering the day-to-day demands of the business. They will need to continue assess the skill sets of each teammate to effectively assign these tasks as well as estimate the amount of time each task will require to assist with resource planning.
We need a self-starter who has the experience and ability to perform these functions:
+ Provide administrator support of applications on the Salesforce platform for our Specialist Management Solutions team.
+ Be able to participate in all stages of the product life cycle (Development, Introduction, Growth, Maturity, and Decline) for the applications and system.
+ Configure and maintain salesforce functionality, security, and use functionality of salesforce like record groups, mass transfer scripts etc .
+ Utilizing the c ustomer demand intake in ServiceNow .
+ Following the Tier 1 and 2 items to completion .
+ Display expertise in basic salesforce features that are part of the admin duties. For example, roles, profiles, permission sets, user maintenance, record group functionality etc.
+ Maintain the existing reports and Dashboards in the salesforce ORG
+ Experience working with other cloud offerings such as Azure.
+ Maintaining product consistency with performance, functionality, physical attributes, and the overall user experience. Personalizing the requirements, design, and functionality to meet business needs .
+ Creating processes, procedures, and documentation necessary to operate efficiently for the Salesforce platform & application .
+ Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce new technologies when necessary .
+ Offer solutions within the Salesforce platform that ensures the system will be highly functional, scalable, and easily maintained .
+ Collaborating with other IT teams, including but not limited to Architecture, PMO, EOS & Data Services in delivering optimal solutions to the business.
+ Ability to work and deliver on initiatives, with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business , IT, or equivalent experience.
+ 5 + years of Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Administrator .
+ Experience in Salesforce administration and business operations along with a good understanding of Information Technology operations.
+ Experience with Salesforce systems (configuring, implementing, etc.) is required .
+ Experience with Salesforce lightning, lightning flows needed.
+ Good interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation skills and the ability to negotiate and influence effective outcomes and drive results .
+ Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
+ Ability to provide documentation to others that is clear, concise, and has valid business requirements.
+ Able to clearly explain Salesforce issues in a way that that non-technical people can understand.
+ Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive and critical feedback on a regular basis.
+ Commitment to SCA Health Vision, Mission, and Values.
+ Working knowledge of and in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Teams.
+ Proactive, decisive, action-oriented individual .
Preferrable Additional Skills
+ Ability to write Apex coding and development in the salesforce ORG.
+ Experience with SOAP, REST API, and experience with developing integrations.
+ Experience in working with other cloud technologies like Azure and AWS.
+ Experience with Five9.
+ Familiarity with general healthcare industry regulatory requirements .
