We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team responsible for developing lifecycle technical solutions that align with Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of RMF principles and close collaboration with key stakeholders to develop, test, and document secure technical implementations. The solutions will be designed for System Administrators to deploy and maintain in a classified environment.

What You Will Do:
Lead and manage a team focused on delivering technical solutions that comply with RMF standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, engineering, and operations, to design and implement secure system architectures.
Develop, test, and document technical implementation solutions for System Administrators to deploy and sustain.
Ensure compliance with RMF processes, NIST 800-53 controls, and system accreditation requirements.
Drive innovation in automated security solutions, ensuring efficient and scalable security implementations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate security risks throughout the system lifecycle.
Maintain an agile mindset, adapting to evolving requirements while balancing competing priorities effectively.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically, a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An additional Degree in related field and minimum 7 years experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
3+ years of leadership or management experience, overseeing technical teams.
Experience developing and implementing security solutions in classified environments.
Technical documentation experience developing security implementation guides.
Experience with complex security challenges, balance competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications We Prefer:
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, system security engineering, or related fields.
Knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53 controls, and system accreditation processes.
Experience with Linux, Windows, networking, virtualization, and cloud security.
Experience in air-gapped or regulated environments, including DoD networks.
Experience in Terraform, Packer, and DevOps practices.
Experience with Kubernetes platforms like Rancher, OpenShift, or VMware Tanzu.
Experience delivering scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.
Experience using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform product decisions.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
