Responsibilities
Encompasses the responsibility of managing the Storage Technology Services and associated resources. Responsible for aligning information technology planning with business strategy. Works with business partners to understand business needs. Provides input to business technology planning within their functional area. Manages the implementation of IT initiatives to support business strategy Provides high-quality services at optimal cost to customers. Develops and implements technologies to improve the performance of a business process and increase profitability. Manages vendor relationships to maximize value to the business. Contributes to the development of standards and changes to systems/applications. Provides technical and business expertise. Manages the development and delivery of training for internal IT users to ensure productive use of existing and new systems.Remote eligible.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related technical areas or equivalent professional experience required 3 years of relevant technical and business experience required. Business experience should include assignments in one or more business and technical processes. 1 year Information TechnologyExperience managing a large team is preferred. Experience developing or supporting Information Systems or technologies preferred. Experience developing or supporting Information Systems or technologies preferred. Knowledge of the Information Systems Life Cycle preferred.Knowledge in the following technologies is preferred: Netapp, Dell/EMC Networker, PURE, Hitatchi, Virtualized infrastructures, Fiber Channel, and networking.
