While building your skills and your career, you’ll support client-facing systems and applications while driving issue resolution and proactively investigating errors. \n \nAbout the team: \n \nWhat you will be doing: \n•\tManaging hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity. \n•\tRecognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner. \n \nWhat you will need: \n•\tKnowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems. \n•\tAbility to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors. \n•\tHigh school diploma or GED required - Associate’s, bachelor’s or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels. \n \nAdded bonus if you have: \n \nWhat we offer you: \nAt FIS, we hire the best.
