Systems Planning Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct requirements gatherings and discusses process optimization, application enhancement, and system issues with operational and technical stakeholders. Reporting to the Systems Planning Supervisor, the person in this role will support the Brand Engagement Center (BEC) department's objective to work with the technical teams on implementing solutions that support key business priorities and process improvements. **What you’ll be doing** + Acts as the business liaison for the systems used in the Contact Center and by Suppliers, Regions, and Dealers, providing maintenance and enhancement. + Configure, deploy and maintain Brand Engagement Center (BEC) team member and supplier laptops, applications and assets. + Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network configuration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, DNS) + Provides end-user support services to promote business continuity e.g., onboarding, resolving issues in partnership with IT, fulfilling service requests (hardware and software), coordinating reactive and proactive communications. + Creates, modifies, and maintains account information, including rights, security, and systems group information across multiple systems and software applications such Salesforce, AWS Connect etc. + Provides backup support to systems, as necessary. + Monitors and reports on system performance; identifying and resolving application issues. + Undertakes analysis of possible system and process improvements. + Plans and designs system and process changes to support strategic priorities. + Gathers functional and non-functional requirements with operational and technical stakeholders to understand their needs and map out current and revised processes. Supports stakeholders to agree and prioritize business requirements, including the business implications of enhancements. + Produces requirements documentation that can be translated into technical requirements documentation, where appropriate. + Creates and executes test scripts that map to requirements, engages impacted associates in UAT, and provides regular feedback to IT and business teams. + Supports the evaluation of new technologies, packaged software, and third-party suppliers. + Plans and manages the implementation of new technology solutions/enhancements and prepares communication of changes and supports training. + Liaises with business and vendors to help them understand business requirements/service descriptions/SLA and business processes and works with them to develop technology solutions. + Creates and maintains support documentation and confluence. + Work closely with SCCM teams to facilitate the monthly window security updates. + Shares knowledge and experience on common issues with team members and across the business, to improve capability and increase productivity. **What you bring** + Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of technical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + Aptitude to conceptualize, develop, and execute on strategy to achieve long range and high-level objectives that impact company performance + Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in closing process gaps, resolving issues, and building analytics and analyses of performance results. + Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills. + Experience analyzing data to determine and investigate issues. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) + Experience in Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Calabrio, Active directory, Service Now, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence. + Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network configuration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, DNS) **Added bonus if you have:** + Experience and/or knowledge of advanced reporting and visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau (or related program). + Experience in a front-line contact center and administrative production environments. + Experience working cross functionally with multiple departments and interacting with vendors + Experience or knowledge working within Information technology **What We’ll Bring** During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
