BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This role involves technical work focused on the evaluation, planning, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and security hardening of the following systems and platforms: Windows Server Operating Systems including related systems (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, IIS Server, Windows Server Clusters), virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Secure FTP services. The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring system availability, security, and performance by applying best practices for patch management, system monitoring, and disaster recovery planning. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting issues, implementing security hardening measures, and collaborating with other teams to support IT projects. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
