Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance the CRM system and cloud applications, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Troubleshoot system-related inquiries and issues, providing effective guidance to users across various departments. Develop and maintain technical documentation, training manuals, and best practices to ensure the efficient operation of all systems. Lead training initiatives for new and existing employees to ensure system proficiency and ongoing development. Stay up to date with industry trends, researching and adopting the latest AI and technology advancements to improve operations. Maintain and improve the company website, focusing on user experience and aligning with the brand and mission. Provide monthly reports on system management activities, implementation outcomes, and compliance to support strategic decisions. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Financial Services industry. Desirable Experience: CRM system experience (EliteWealth preferred), with knowledge of integration and reporting practices. Experience with digital document workflows, including e-signature solution development. Proven experience in process optimization, automation, and data handling using online forms, document generation tools, and scripting. Knowledge of web-based platforms and system customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
