Systems Security Administrator

SUMMARY:
It is the responsibility of the Systems Security Administrator to perform internal and external system audits, proactive system audits, maintain matrix for user provisioning, random PC security compliance audits, PCI compliance, Legal request, Gaming compliance, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and recommend changes to improve overall security posture. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain intimate knowledge of gaming regulations and Sarbanes Oxley compliance and internal controls and apply this knowledge to help the company remain in compliance Perform internal/external system audits per approved policy and proceduresPerform proactive system security audits to identify and resolve problems Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a user system matrix for account provisioning, automating where possibleConduct random PC security audits to ensure all security products are operating per approved policiesDevelop and maintain PCI compliance policy and procedures and ensure the user community understands their roles/responsibilities for protecting customer/company dataProvide support for all Legal requests, per the company policy for handling sensitive dataIntroduce new security concepts to advance the company security strategyCollaborate with other System Security Administrators within the Golden Nugget brand to share information and knowledge to help advance IT strategiesMaintain knowledge of industry security trends and technologies to help advance IT strategyProvide helpdesk support as needed to ensure SLA’s are achievedPerforms any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years of experience in systems security or audit type roleExperience with gaming regulations and internal controls is preferredMinimum age requirement is 21
