Required + Ability to write and optimize database queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data efficiently. Required + Experience of leadership and hands-on project management. Required + Ability to lead team activities, perform project management functions and deliver complex and critical projects. Required + Advanced experience with MS Office in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project). Required + Anticipate, identify and manage resolutions of critical obstacles. Required + Ability to act as a coach and mentor for assigned team members with the ability to transfer knowledge to various audiences. Required + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
