Systems Specialist Lead
Description The Source to Contract Operations + Systems Specialist Lead is directly responsible for source to contract, sourcing project management and reporting functionality. The primary responsibilities include: • Understanding of the current design and documentation. • Create and execute against KDD documents with technical leaders to support configuration and design throughout implementation. • Driving the process design, system configuration development and implementation of source to contract processes (sourcing and negotiation events, sourcing project management and reporting, contracting + contract management). • Display knowledge of and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procure to pay processes and technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives. • Work directly with business analysts, functional consultants, system power users and business to collaborate on future state global business processes and system functionality. • Document global design and collaborate with QA/QC teams to facilitate training program(s). • Create a master item strategy in conjunction with catalog management + data/integration workstreams that is global to meet the businesses needs across all segments and industries. • Partner with business leaders to identify, maximize and capture opportunities to use information and data to improve business processes, lower costs and increase project revenue and margins. • Work closely with adjacent workstream leaders (ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), FSM (Field Service Management), Data, Integrations, Finance/Accounting))) to ensure that our parallel-designed processes meet overall business needs with Op Model and Op Country approved design. • Support Business led Supply Chain Community leaders in developing a strong partnership and community that help grow and scale the over source to contract capability. • Reports to Global Procurement Process and Platform Owner. Skills, Competencies • Self-motivated, servant leadership style and comfortable with ambiguity. • Align and move mindset. • Experienced with industry standard OCM (Organizational Change Management) processes and strategies to increase rate of adoption. • Train the trainer approach in all that we do- subject matter experts anchoring the workstream will need to act as the liaison between business needs to procurement technology. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; 3-5 years of experience in procurement, technology, and related business or operations function. • 2+ end to end software design + implementations successfully executed • E-procurement/supply chain centric system experience preferred- i.e., GEP, Coupa, SAP Ariba. • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or similar project/program management tools. • Experience working within cross-functional initiatives and interfacing with various levels of stakeholders. • Experience developing business process models and driving execution towards organizational objectives. • International business and M&A organizational experience preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
