Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.90 - $24.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to serve as a business unit and systems resource by providing support and coverage on daily tasks, utilizing systems to support the business unit, performing testing for project upgrades and handling production issues.
Essential Functions
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems through data collection and system reporting as well as provide and apply updates via various avenues
Assist with system projects as requested within the department, such as test script creation, system testing, validation and implementation
Monitor systems and databases for functionality, user accessibility, and availability while assisting, troubleshooting, and responding to user inquiries
Utilize systems to generate reports and develop and produce requested reports
Leverage training and experience across business units to provide back-up production support
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of systems support, including best practices
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ year experience developing systems and performing reporting and analysis required
