Systems Technical Analyst
Job description:
· This position is responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating system requirements and implementing solutions for projects and enhancements.
· Must have the business and technical ability to define systematic approaches to solving issues and drive the direction of a solution
· knowledge of cross team functionality
· represents the team outside the department, especially to the business, and to integrated EHCM solution release team.
· Must be able to work independently.
· Proactively search out potential problems and recommend resolutions.
· Must demonstrate ability to acquire skills with minimal formal training - must be a self-starter.
· This person will participate in planning sessions with the project team to analyze business requirements and define the proposed solutions, performing analysis of underlying data source/schema and make recommendations to enhance solution performance.
· Additionally, this person will be responsible for completing requirements/design documents that will be used by the development teams, to create required solutions. Upon completion of these items, this person will perform the post-development peer review, and coordinate migration/deployment of packages, reports and cube solution between environments.
· Candidate will need to be able to provide Business Objects admin support.
· Position will also be required to learn and perform maintenance functions on external vendor supplied platform with proper training.

· Business Objects 6.5 (Client); Business Objects XI-Webi; Report writing/admin; Infoview, SQL
Technical Skills nice to have’s:
· Oracle 10; MS SQL Sever; Datastage; Business Objects Data Services.
