**Job Description:**
**SUMMARY**
Candidate will have a key role in the development, operation and maintenance of the on premise Syteline v10 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Must be technically skilled, hands-on with broad knowledge of I.T. systems to be able to support database, network, hardware and desktop systems in a fast-paced manufacturing organization. Must be able to directly interact with users and managers to discuss business processes, software functionality and the merger of the two in improving daily tasks.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Works on complex ERP projects, develops efficient and effective processes and ensures the company’s business and IT system requirements are met
+ Comfortably discusses technical subjects with leadership and non-technical end users through direct communication and close interaction to troubleshoot, modify, test and maintain business processes, applications and systems.
+ Acts as user’s primary support and training contact for Syteline, Factory Track, Service module, Configurator (CPQ), Pacejet shipping and AvaTax business systems.
+ Documents processes or set of procedures for user instructions, standard operating procedures, technical archives or audits
+ Works with the team to rapidly recover business critical information including assisting with business continuity planning and resumption of applications, data, hardware, electronic communications (such as networking) and other IT infrastructure
+ Collaborates across multiple teams to manage IT project scopes and expectations
+ Integral part of a small IT team supporting the business computing needs.

Education and Work Experience
+ Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology
+ Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with the development, planning, implementation, training and maintenance of Syteline ERP systems, preferably including Syteline v10 on premise.
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience determining, documenting, and analyzing business processes from interacting with users and managers to then working with a development team to successfully design, develop, test and implement system modifications and improvements.
+ Minimum 3 years working in a manufacturing environment
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience with analysis and programming in VB.net, T-SQL and XML
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience with relational database design, programming, maintenance and performance tuning specifically in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and above including SQL Server Data Tools to develop SSIS projects and SSRS reports
+ Experience with Infor’s Factory Track, Service, Configurator (CPQ) and Portal Foundation products and 3rd party integrations, PaceJet shipping and AvaTax is highly desired.
+ Working knowledge of Dataviews and Application Events in Syteline is a plus.
+ Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and GitHub for custom code development and source control.
+ Detail working knowledge of ETL principles, practices and execution
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project with in depth knowledge of Excel formulas, macros and external data sources.
+ IT Project management skills a plus.
+ Demonstrable PowerBI experience is a plus.

Must be able to:
+ Perform activities including bending, stooping, standing, walking
+ Stand and walk from two (2) to four (4) hours per day
+ Climb up and down stairs two (2) to four (4) times per day
+ Operate common office equipment, i.e. PC, phone, copier, printer, fax
+ Carry equipment or boxes up to 25 pounds up and down one flight of stairs
+ Work in climate-controlled environment
+ Ability to wear designated personal protective equipment when needed on the production floor (i.e. safety glasses and cut resistant sleeves).
Hours of Work
+ Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
