Responsibilities The Sponsor seeks a Systems and Project Integrator (S&PI) to support the management of data life-cycle systems for a broad and diverse customer base. The S&PI will define and manage requirements, while coordinating priority and implementation options across Sponsor teams. The candidate will serve as the main point of contact for the customer base for this effort. The candidate will coordinate and communicate strategic changes; manage requirement fulfillment across sponsor teams; serve as the day-to-day customer relationship manager; and ensure that a tiered support model effectively resolves customer incidents. The candidate will become a subject matter expert in the sponsor's full data life cycle and drive technical improvements. The successful candidate should possess expertise in project management, Agile, and exceptional communication skills. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Help sponsor follow and improve processes for managing customer needs Work with sponsor technical teams and customers to ensure goals and requirements are gathered, clearly articulated, documented, and tracked to closure Work with sponsor to identify requirements and lead process to ensure the requirements are turned into actionable Agile development tasks: Minimum Value Increments (MVIs) Serve as liaison between customer and sponsor manager and ensure accurate, professional, and timely information is shared with stakeholders Coordinate project schedules, document and distribute meeting artifacts, document, and track actions for successful completion Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel Managing and verifying requirements, capturing detailed descriptions or user needs and service functionality to ensure project team has clear, consistent, and testable requirements (MVIs) documented Analyzing and studying complex system requirements Analyzing functional business applications for functional activities Developing block diagram and logic flow charts, as required Perform requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications, as required Assist with strategic systems planning, business information planning, and business work-flow analysis Analyze user needs, develop user stories, and write test cases and test scenarios based on the acceptance criteria defined for the user story, as required Address problems of systems integration and compatibility across multiple platforms Perform as part of an Agile team, utilizing Kanban and Scrum best practices Create and maintain project schedules based on input from the development teams Assist with service and trouble shooting incidents Maintain JIRA dashboards to help manage customer meetings Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Minimum 10 years' experience A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules to include program reviews, control gate reviews, and has a firm grasp on Agile methodology Ability to coordinate information flow between all programs and organizational managers Ability to compose technical documents including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem Ability to coordinate with and understand CFIT and FISMA requirements Ability to work in Confluence, maintaining, SOPs, org charts, and administrator access tracking Desired Qualifications Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environments Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
