Team

Reporting to the Operations Manager Belgium, you will work with experienced Project Managers on several projects involving the layout of office, banking, or hotel spaces.

Missions

As an Intern Project Manager / Site Manager, you will support experienced Project Managers in:

Coordinating the project and all involved stakeholders (external and internal)Carrying out administrative, legal, financial, and technical project setupsSupervising the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of projects to ensure their successful completionOverseeing construction work: complete knowledge of project specifications, site preparation, coordination of all technical and architectural lots, conducting site meetings, and producing reports for Project Managers and clientsEnsuring cost, quality, and deadline (work schedule) monitoring and HSQE policy compliance in coordination with the project managerDaily management of various service providers (work progress, quality, regulatory documentation, invoicing), Updating regular reporting on project progress for the client (drafting client reports...)Accepting architectural and technical work and managing the resolution of issues.

You are in your final year of Engineering School (General or Specialized in Building) or Master's degree or equivalent BAC+5 UniversityA first internship experience in site management is a plusProficiency in English is desirable to manage projects for our international clientsYou are rigorous and organizedYou enjoy teamwork and contact with both our clients and partners (general contractors, architects, engineering firms...).
