Job Title: T/A Material Planner 

Rotational Schedule: 5/2

Crew Change Location: New Orleans, Louisiana

Basic Roles & Responsibilities

Support all turnaround teams with all material-related duties during the event. The material planner will provide support during all phases of the event (Pre-Turnaround, Turnaround, & Post Activities.  Participate in reviews of the work scope, plans, and schedules to ensure all material supply chain constraints are known and considered. The material planner will coordinate material movements as well as quality assurance of material received. The material planner will track invoices and POs.

Base Requirements:

5+ Years of SAP tool usage (Work Order, Requisition, & PO Creation) Advanced communication skills written & verbal. Advanced Microsoft Office tool usage (Excel, Outlook, & Word) Ability read and interpret drawings (P&ID, Isometric, Structural, & Electrical) Ability to create and interpret material takeoffs from drawings 5+ Years experience in procurement working with industrial vendors  5+ Years experience working in the industrial field (Downstream or Upstream) 5+ Years of field experience is strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing material vendors. Ability to work a flex schedule in the office and at the home office (Home: Monday & Friday, In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday). 5-10 years of Advanced Communication and Interpersonal skills.
